A financial genius once said,
"The most powerful investment you can make is an investment in yourself!"
You’ve finally found it!
The answer to your problems!
Sadly, many of our clients often say to us, “I've tried everything else and you’re my last resort, so I hope you can help!?”
There are many common beliefs and misconceptions that people have when they come to us about hypnosis that are not accurate, we find so often that many of our clients are pleasantly surprised at the reality.
For many, hypnosis is often “the last resort”. Yet, hypnosis is used to help people, not just with problems of an emotional or psychological nature, but also problems such as pain management and even many physical and stress related problems.
You may be surprised to know that we all naturally experience "trance" states every day of our lives.
Yet, for many people the term hypnosis conjures up an image of somebody taking control of a person's mind.
However, nothing could be further from the truth. It is common for our clients to say to us after the hypnosis “Oh, that was lovely... did I have to come back?!”
For most people, hypnosis is such a wonderful state to be in that they want to remain in trance.
Most people when in a state of trance, are often more aware of what is happening around them than normal, as there is a heightened awareness, so they are certainly not out of control. They are actually more in control of achieving what they want.
The state of hypnosis is dependent upon co-operation between the client and the therapist. It is based on a relationship of trust between the client and the therapist, that is why we always say to clients make sure you feel comfortable and happy with your therapist and if you are not the therapy won’t work as effectively for you.
Hypnosis is not something that is done to you but with you, working together with your values, ethics and outcomes.
The hypnotic state is a very natural experience that almost anybody can enter. In fact most of us use it everyday, naturally.
What we do, is to help you tap into this natural state and use it effectively to achieve your outcomes.
Hypnosis is a very valuable resource that enables you to get in touch with your unconscious which is the most powerful part of the brain.
The amazing unconscious is a "well" of unrecognised potential we can "tap into" and is our biggest resource in times of need.
Hypnosis is medicallly proven to help with many physical and emotional problems such as smoking, addictions, blood pressure, stress, sports enhancement, weight control, self-confidence, pain control, infertility, impotence, habit control and many, many more.
